A very common question we get - how do you safely store your breast milk?
We asked midwife and brand ambassador Aliza, from @bumpnbub ⠀

"This is a very important topic mamas, most women during their breastfeeding journey will express or pump at some point. I recommend mamas to always follow the guidelines in their country, for expressing and storing milk safely.
Here are some general guidelines:
- Breastmilk can be stored at room temperature for up to four hours
- Breastmilk can be stored in the fridge for up to 48 hours - Breastmilk can be stored in a separate-door freezer for 3–6 months
- Breastmilk can be stored in a deep freezer for 6-12 months
- When breastmilk is thawed, use immediately". ⠀⠀⠀⠀
