Cleaning & Care 

RINSE AND REINSERT 

To prevent staining , give your SensiCup a rinse in cold water first, then give it a thorough wash  in warm water  with mild, unscented soap . Rinse the soap away . You can now reinsert your cup! 

CLEAN 

• During your period , make sure to rinse your SensiCup in cold water  after emptying to keep it from staining .
• Once rinsed , give it a thorough wash  in warm water  with mild, unscented soap , making sure to avoid any strong cleaners , oils (including essential oils)  or other substances which may irritate your vag*na .
• Make sure to rinse again  once washed to remove any leftover soap 
• Ensure the four holes at the top  are clear by rinsing water  through them.

STERILISE 

• Sterilise your SensiCup between cycles by boiling in water  for 4–5 minutes .

• Make sure to use tongs or similar to keep the cup from touching the bottom of the pot .

NOTE 📌: Take care  to avoid burns  when sterilising with boiling water . The storage bag  can be thrown in your regular laundry load to clean.
